Trait malloc_size_of::MallocUnconditionalSizeOf

Like MallocSizeOf, but with a different name so it cannot be used accidentally with derive(MallocSizeOf). For use with types like Rc and Arc when appropriate (e.g. when measuring a "primary" reference).
